A three day intensive workshop designed to activate your fitness goals and reach them fast!

Join Karen and Bryn for a weekend of defining your personal best and pushing through those moments that try to derail you. Leave each day with a sense of accomplishment. Leave each day stronger and leaner than you were the day before.

Day 1 FRIDAY: By the end of this advanced Classic Body Sculpt and Barre class, you will be invigorated and ready for the weekend workshop. An extra 15 minutes of cool down will be offered at the end. Stretch out and enjoy!

Day 2 SATURDAY: A 2 and a half hour exercise odyssey combining strength, cardio barre, Ballerobica, and stretching. Mini breaks to hydrate will be required. Laugh at the sweat on your matt as we explore the resilience and extreme capabilities of our bodies.

Day 3 SUNDAY: By now you will be used to the length of time for this work out. Who knows? You may be welcoming it. The concept is similar to Saturday’s class, but the exercises will be different incorporating a little TRX. The last half hour will be gentler. We will spend some extra time stretching and lengthening. A portion will be devoted to breathing (integrating mind and body) as we spend a longer time in the final stretch.
