We will kick off the weekend strong! Core Balls and Cardio will be the focus of the workshop. Core Balls are a great tool for spinal stabilization, core strength, endurance, balance and coordination. We will keep you moving throughout this session to strengthen your cardiovascular health & give you that “Holiday Glow”!! #sweat

Define your best with intensive sculpting moves that will be sure to give you a “BURN”!! Strength training provides amazing benefits that include protecting bone health & muscle mass, disease prevention, better body mechanics, boosts energy levels, improves your mood & burns more calories keeping weight off for good!! BOSUs’s will be utilized through this session to keep you on your toes & moving fast!! This day will leave you feeling stronger and fitter!! #badass

Wrap up the weekend with both strength and softness. We will focus on High-intensity interval training (HIIT), HIIT is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT will improve your cardiovascular health. You will reward your body with a mindful stretch session. Stretching can improve your performance in physical activities or decrease your risk of injuries by helping your joints move through their full range of motion and enabling your muscles to work most effectively. #strengthen #lengthen
