Fit: To Be
is a gathering place for people who share our belief that fitness is a form of self-discovery. We know that transforming our bodies starts deep within. We provide a safe, energetic, happy place to experience the mind body connection in a real way. We know that if you pay attention with purpose you will achieve fast, lasting results. We believe that it feels great to feel good, and that exercise does that for us. To feel revitalized and renewed is an immediate reward that enhances daily life.
Fit: To Be
is a comprehensive fitness studio designed to meet all of your fitness needs under one roof, with change often seen in as little as ten visits. The concept is to work the ancillary muscles as well as the major muscle groups with focused, repetitive movements that result in a deep burn. Barre classes are designed to work from the inside out with many of the exercises focusing on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range movement.
Fit: To Be
offers over 50 diverse and fun classes a week to ensure that you are always challenged and never bored. The sculpt exercises are derived from ballet, pilates, TRX and weight training. The cardio interval classes include boot camp, circuit training, Cardio Barre, and Fit: To Be Fusion; designed to trick your heart into working hard. The cardio classes offer a wide variety of exercises, and they change frequently. There are also semi-private and private lessons available for more personal and individualized training.
Fit: To Be
you will become part of a community dedicated to better health and stronger bodies through change, transformation, and most of all, shaking.
