Burrito “Bowl” Mason Jar Salad


2 tbsp. Southwestern or chipotle ranch dressing

1/4 c. black beans, rinsed and drained

1/4 c. corn kernels

1/4 avocado, chopped

1/3 c. cooked rice1 c. chopped romaine lettuce

1 tbsp. shredded Cheddar   

In 16-ounce mason jar, layer ingredients in the following order: dressing, black beans, corn, avocado, cooked rive, romaine, and Cheddar. Screw on lid and refrigerate.When ready to eat, shake jar until contents are mixed and enjoy.
