STARTING the FIRST SUNDAY in APRILErilyn Wiltshire-Beer (25, Austin, TX) a former competitive gymnast, diver, and current professional dancer found a love for fitness at an early age. Her athletic training has taken her nationally and internationally touring through Europe, Israel, Mexico, and Greece as a performer. Erilyn studied at the University of Missouri-Kansas City majoring in Dance technique. As a current Barre, Ballet, and choreography instructor, her passion is to ignite developmental fitness and inspirational arts into the hearts and lives of all ages. Her goal is to further her understanding of body anatomy and training techniques with a degree in Physical Therapy.  

Cardio Barre 4:30 – 5:25 

With modifications for all levels, this high-energy lively class combines ballet barre, yoga, weights, and cardio blasts to develop lean muscles. Be ready to sweat, as we target both large, and small muscle groups with resistance and isolation to sculpt your body from the inside out. Keeping your heart-rate up with cardio intervals this intense workout will challenge you mentally and physically. You are sure to leave feeling stronger then ever. Let’s Nama-Slay!

Candle Light Stretch 5:45 – 6:40 

Open to all levels, this stretch class is designed to increase flexibility, mental release and body awareness. Using ballet technique and positions to assist in muscle recovery and elongation therapy. You will be ready to take on anything after refreshing your body and spirit. Let’s STRETCH!
