This 2 hour class will combine the best of ALL of your favorite workouts and equipment, including TRX, Bosu, weight training, Pilates, and Yoga.  It will be challenging for the elite athlete yet approachable for the beginner with an emphasis on form, function, power and strength.  Starting with a warm up and review of basic form, building intensity with strength, intervals and functional training, and ending with yoga and stretch work in the straps, each part of this 2 hour workshop will challenge both the mind and body, pushing each participant to their individual edge.
